The service

Gemma Madagascar, operated by Gemma Madagascar Sarlu, presents natural stones from Madagascar and provides account access, a restricted product catalogue, and invoice request features. Public information, contact details, and legal pages can be consulted without an account.

Account creation is followed by a contact information application and administrator review. Creating an account or signing in with Google does not guarantee approval or access to the restricted storefront.

Your account

Provide accurate account and application details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for protecting your password or Google account and for notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

Google Sign-In is an optional way to authenticate. You can use email and password registration where offered. Google does not operate or endorse Gemma Madagascar, and its own terms apply to your Google account.

You may request account closure by emailing [email protected]. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, fraud, security reasons, or a breach of these terms.

Products, prices, and invoice requests

Product information, availability, weights, and displayed prices are subject to review and confirmation by our team. Natural stones can vary in appearance and dimensions.

Submitting an invoice request sends your selection and customer details to Gemma for review. It does not complete an online payment, automatically confirm a sale, or reserve stock. Availability and final commercial terms must be confirmed by Gemma.

Any applicable taxes, delivery arrangements, payment instructions, and other charges will be agreed with you as part of the confirmed invoice or sales arrangement.

Payment, delivery, and returns

Payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed directly with our team for each accepted request. Do not treat a draft invoice or a submitted selection as confirmation that payment has been received or delivery has been scheduled.

For a question about delivery, a return, a correction, or a refund, contact [email protected] with your invoice or request reference. These terms do not limit any rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false details, use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another account or restricted data without permission, disrupt the service, or copy its content for commercial reuse without authorisation.

Intellectual property

The website content, branding, and software belong to us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks, including Google, remain the property of their owners.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate information and a working service, but features may be interrupted or changed. Contact our team if a displayed product, price, or invoice appears incorrect.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information, including Google Sign-In data, as well as retention and deletion requests. It is available at https://gemma-madagascar.mg/privacy.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The date on this page identifies the current version; terms agreed for a confirmed sale continue to apply to that sale.
